Since joining Boot Camp Leicester I have lost 4 inches off my hips, 4 inches off my back/chest, 2 inches off my waist and lost a 1 stone & 5lbs in weight.

I now have definition in my arms, legs and stomach. Bingo wings, gone, flabby backs of legs, gone and I can even see the line forming that runs down the middle of my stomach! All thanks to Helen & Paul who constantly check the techniques of each exercise to ensure I get the most out of it.

I would recommend joining Boot Camp Leicester to anybody who wants a fit lean body. It's 100% better than any gym I've ever been to, better results and much more fun. I Love it!


My mum and I joined Boot Camp to get fit and lose size for my sister's wedding. I've lost 7lb's,4 inches from my waist and 3 from my hips, I'm now a size 12 and sometimes a 10 on top, but before was squeezing into a 14 at times and was always a 16 in jeans.

Bootcamp has made a massive difference to my figure and my confidence in what I choose to wear. I recently went to a fancy dress party in a leotard with a short skirt dressed as a woodland fairy! And I have just purchased a short denim mini-skirt something I would never have worn before, I feel fantastic!


Since joining Boot Camp Leicester I have lost almost 3 stone in weight, dropped from a size 18 to 14 and lost 5.5 inches from my waist and hips.

Coming to Boot Camp three times a week has helped me achieve amazing results. I feel fitter and stronger, as well as being so much more confident in my appearance. Even though it's been hard work, I've had lots of fun and made new friends.

After years of putting it off, I finally decided that I wanted to get fit and lose my Jelly Belly! I'd heard lots about this "thing" called Boot Camp (!) and wasn't sure that it was for me, as I was really unfit, overweight and I didn't want to stand out from the crowd.

I encountered many friends asking me whether I'd gone mad as these "things" are too hard for anyone, let alone if you've had a baby!

However, much to my joy, once the initial 5 minutes were out of the way, I felt like I'd been doing it forever as everyone was so friendly. I haven't looked back since! I love it! Never did I believe I'd hear myself say I love exercise! You work at your own level and ability, are never pushed to do anything, are continuously encouraged and motivated and never feel any different to anyone else, regardless of what you can and can't do.

It's improved my fitness level dramatically and firmed my Jelly Belly and Bottom up! It's the best thing I've ever done. I never believed I'd be this slim again! And guess what, my friends have all now joined!


I joined Bootcamp when it was first set up, going once a week. I had been battling to lose weight for some time and had been under a lot of stress and my self-esteem was at an all-time low. I was not particularly into exercise so I wasn't looking forward to it that much! I can't tell you how much fun it really was and it left me feeling great.

A year on and I've lost a whopping 6 inches from my waist, 4 inches off my hips. I have definition on my stomach, all over toning and my skin glows with health, I sleep better and eat better and I have loads of energy.

Helen and Paul are my Gurus, they truly are fantastic. They encourage all the way and are forever imparting their expertise and knowledge. I walk tall now and can't tell you how great it feels when people tell you how fantastic you really look. It really has changed my life! Thanks Bootcamp!
